We install all types of compressed air pipework from galvanised steel to painted aluminum, whatever pipework system you require we are able to offer you a supply and fit or supply only at very good prices.

Air Quality Testing

We can test individual parts of the production facility to ensure that any installed equipment is functioning to its correct capacity. We will provide you with complete information as the pressure Dewpoint of the Compressed Air as well as the presence of any harmful contaminants which can potentially cause machine failure or be harmful to personnel using breathing apparatus. Our air quality tests are in accordance with BS EN 12021.

HSE recommend a compressed air line being used for breathing air is to be tested every month, by doing this test every month you can have piece of mind that the air your operator is breahting is safe to use.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing

Has your compressed air receiver been pressure tested? We can offer a complete hydrostatic pressure test on most compressed air receivers at very good prices.
